Shipping policy

Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. In periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

We offer several shipping options at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing for international orders).

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—details will be displayed in your cart at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package depending on the shipping method chosen. If your tracking information is not available within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

Delivery Addresses:
Please provide complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If a package is returned to us for incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contacteudii@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or estimated delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
